MSC revises NWC UK–Greece & Türkiye service rotation

MSC has announced an optimized port rotation for its North West Continent (NWC) UK service, which links the United Kingdom with Greece and Türkiye. This strategic adjustment is part of a broader initiative to enhance schedule frequency and bolster service reliability.

The revision is a direct result of MSC’s investment in increased capacity. The updated rotation is engineered to circumvent existing port congestion, thereby improving connectivity and expanding service coverage across the trade lane. MSC asserts that these enhancements will reinforce service commitments for their global customer base.

The initial vessel to implement the new rotation will be the MSC Santa Maria, on voyage NC606A, with its departure from Liverpool slated for February 4, 2026.

The revised port rotation is as follows: Liverpool – Antwerp – London Gateway – Malaga – Piraeus – Thessaloniki – Izmir – Gebze – Tekirdag – Piraeus – Gioia Tauro – Sines – Liverpool.

MSC anticipates that these changes will facilitate more dependable and efficient services connecting the UK, North West Europe, Greece, and Türkiye.
