Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced that the owners of the vessel ONE Henry Hudson have declared General Average following a recent fire incident at the Port of Los Angeles.

Richards Hogg Lindley has been appointed by the vessel owners to act as Average Adjusters. This firm will be responsible for collecting General Average securities and all necessary documentation from cargo interests.

ONE has stressed that Richards Hogg Lindley is the sole authorized entity to guide customers and insurers through the process of submitting security and related documentation. Specific contact details for the adjusters will be provided by ONE separately.

Customers are advised that cargo will not be released until all required arrangements have been successfully completed with the Average Adjusters.
