Costamare Inc. has announced the declaration of quarterly cash dividends for both its preferred and common stock.

Preferred Stock Dividends:

The company has declared the following dividends on its preferred stock:

* Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMRE PR B): USD 0.476563 per share
* Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMRE PR C): USD 0.531250 per share
* Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMRE PR D): USD 0.546875 per share

These dividends for Series B, C, and D preferred shares cover the period from October 15, 2025, to January 14, 2026. Payment will be made on January 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of January 14, 2026.

Common Stock Dividend:

Additionally, Costamare has declared a quarterly dividend of USD 0.115 per share on its common stock for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. This dividend will be paid on February 5, 2026, to shareholders of record as of January 20, 2026.
