CEVA Logistics completes acquisition of Fagioli Group
CEVA Logistics Finalizes Acquisition of Fagioli Group, Bolstering Global Project Logistics Expertise
CEVA Logistics has successfully completed its acquisition of Fagioli Group, a significant move that enhances its global project logistics capabilities. This transaction, which follows the initial agreement signed in December 2025, has now received all necessary regulatory approvals.
The integration will see approximately 450 Fagioli employees join the CEVA team, bringing with them deep expertise in heavy lift operations, specialized transportation, and engineered logistics solutions. This influx of talent and capability will enable CEVA to offer a more comprehensive suite of end-to-end project logistics services. These services will span the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and engineering through freight forwarding, heavy transport, and intricate installation processes. Fagioli’s substantial fleet of owned and leased heavy-lift assets, coupled with its advanced engineering and technical knowledge, will significantly broaden CEVA’s service portfolio.
This acquisition also strengthens CEVA’s strategic presence in key markets, including Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America. It is particularly beneficial for serving clients in the industrial and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) sectors.
The Fagioli acquisition is a testament to CEVA’s ongoing commitment to expanding its project logistics footprint. This strategic growth builds upon previous enhancements, including integrations with Bolloré Logistics and Spedag Interfreight, as well as the 2024 joint venture with Almajdouie to establish CEVA Almajdouie Logistics in Saudi Arabia.
By synergizing Fagioli’s specialized engineering acumen with its extensive global logistics network, CEVA is strategically positioning itself as a premier provider of integrated project logistics solutions on a worldwide scale.
