Bureau Veritas is pleased to announce the appointment of Santiago Arias Duval as Executive Vice-President for the Americas, a significant move effective November 17, 2025. In his new role, Mr. Duval will report directly to CEO Hinda Gharbi and will become a valued member of the Group Executive Committee.

This strategic appointment is instrumental in supporting the company’s recently launched operating model, which took effect on September 1, 2025. This new model is designed to enhance regional leadership capabilities and effectively scale global Product Lines. The newly formed Americas region, encompassing North, Central, and South America, presents a unified approach to capitalize on rapidly expanding market opportunities and further solidify Bureau Veritas’s presence across crucial industries. This integrated structure is also anticipated to accelerate the development of innovative solutions, optimize resource allocation, and foster more extensive cross-selling opportunities.
