Reports indicate that Ms. DiBella’s nomination has been formally submitted to the Senate for approval, alongside that of Robert Harvey, also nominated as an FMC commissioner. Should her nomination be confirmed, Ms. DiBella is slated to serve until 2028. She brings a wealth of relevant experience to the role, having accumulated extensive expertise in both government and logistics throughout her career.
